Uses and Features

The variable plunger pump is a hydraulic double-cylinder single-acting ceramic slurry plunger pump. Mainly used for conveying clean water, ceramic slurry, suspension liquid or paste. When used in conjunction with the filter press, it fully meets the requirements of the filter press process: large flow at low pressure and small flow at high pressure. Compared with the diaphragm pump, it has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, high pressure, and small fluctuation (not more than 10%), and the water content of the obtained clay is low and uniform.

The pump can be used with spray drying towers of various output, and the clay flow can be adjusted to different grades according to different needs.
