Uses and Features

This machine is used for vacuum processing clay for ceramic products, and can be used to refine clay with a moisture content of 21-23%. When the clay is stirred in the clay box, squeezed through the sieve plate by the tapered spiral blades to form clay sticks, it enters the vacuum chamber and undergoes vacuum degassing to discharge the air contained in the clay. After the clay is vacuum treated and then extruded, its plasticity is improved and it has a larger density, so the fired product has small deformation, high strength and good quality.
